  • Process Design & Engineering: Conceptualised and engineered a comprehensive system for cask filling, disgorging, and re-racking - optimising flow, reliability, and ergonomics.
  • Equipment Specification & Procurement: Specified and sourced all necessary components, including pumps, valves, filling and disgorging system, ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Assembly & Commissioning Support: Coordinated delivery and installation on-site; provided commissioning assistance and support to ensure systems were operational from day one.
  • Custom Solutions for Whisky Handling: Incorporated best practices in sanitary design to preserve whisky quality during cask transfer, minimising losses and contamination risks.
